I was born and raised in the Tri-State area and am a member of the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe. I have been with the Avi Resort & Casino for over 23 years. In my time here, I have worked in the Human Resources, Hotel, and Hosting departments, and I now am the Director of Player Development in the Marketing department. We are gearing up for our revamp of the VIP Services program back into a Hosting program. This revamp will be the perfect opportunity to use what I have learned in my 23 years with the casino.

Outside of work, I help coach fast-pitch softball, which started with my daughter getting me involved with the sport. I became her pitching coach in both her softball league and travel ball. During this time, I got involved with the softball league starting out as their equipment manager, and last year I became the Vice President of the League.
