Q: Did I lose my myAdvantage Club tier status?
No, tier status was not reduced during closure and will NOT be reduced until October 2020.
Q: Is my Free Play the same upon reopening as it was before closure?
We will be rewarding NEW Free Play for all qualified myAdvantage Club members.
Q: Did my points expire?
Please visit us at Player Services so we may better audit your account and see how we can resolve any issues.
Q: Did I lose my hotel offers?
Just like with Free Play, we will be rewarding NEW hotel offers for all qualified myAdvantage Club members.
Q: Do I still qualify for comps?
All discretionary comps are at the discretion of Casino Hosts and Management.
Q: Will you be honoring expired Tito Tickets?
Yes. We will honor tickets that expired during closure for 30 days from June 8.
Q: What about my Signature Buffet coupons? They are not on my account.
Buffet coupons will be available once our Native Harvest Buffet reopens.
Q: Do I qualify for Kiosk promotions?
All Kiosk promotions are still based on play PRIOR to our closure.

Q: When can I make hotel reservations?
We are accepting reservations now for when the hotel reopens on Thursday, June 11.
Q: Is the Beach Tower open for reservations?
Unfortunately, the Beach Tower is not available for reservations during the first phase of reopening.
Q: Is the KOA open?
The KOA is open and accepting new reservations.
Q: Is the self-launching fireworks area open for guests?
Not at this time.
Q: When will the beach and pool be open?
When we have a definitive date, we will announce the opening for the beach and pool.
Q: Is the food court open?
Panda Express is now open.
Subway will reopen Thursday, June 11, at 7AM.
Thrifty’s Ice Cream will reopen Friday, June 12, at 11AM with limited hours.
Sbarro will reopen Friday. June 19.
Q: Is smoking allowed in the casino?
Yes, smoking is still allowed in the casino.
Q: Am I required to wear a mask?
No. However, we STRONGLY encourage you to do so.
Q: Are employees wearing masks?
Yes, ALL employees are required to wear masks.
Q: Are all employees tested for COVID-19?
Yes, all working employees were tested prior to returning to work with negative test results.
Q: Are your casino promotions cancelled?
At this time, larger promotions are on hold. Kiosk promotions such as New Member Swipe & Win, Senior Mondays & Wednesdays, Veteran Tuesdays, and 2X Points on Thursday are continuing.
Q: Why did you close bingo?
Unfortunately, some changes had to be made in order to reopen.
Q: When will LIVE Keno be opened?
We will announce when we feel it is safe to reopen.
