This park has all of the comforts of home.

We have 260 spaces available now with more to come.

Wi-FI  internet access is available at your space. Rv''s

must be self contained (no tents). All spaces have water,

power, cable TV and sewer hookups. Over 80% of our

spaces are pull through,

For your convenience, some of our spaces offer telephone connections.
There is a $50.00 cash deposit or an open credit card required at the office
for this service. There is a connection charge for all 800#’s, calling card
calls and collect calls.

Guests at the RV Park have access to the pool, the fitness room, the
beach and the boat launch.

We at the Avi like our guests to feel at home.  Pets are welcome in the park, provided they are on a leash and cleaned up after. Rotweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls are not permitted. Although the park is directly across the street from the Resort, our shuttle will pick you up and drop you off 24 hours a day.

Laundry & Shower facillities available

At the RV Park office we have new, clean areas for showering and doing your laundry.

Picnic facillities available

We provide a nice area for picnics and gatherings. Groups and caravans welcome !
