Soft Count Crew Member (1): Must have prior computer knowledge, math skills; know a 10- Key by touch and previous money handling experience. Counts, Sorts, clips, straps, bags all drops, verifies all monies and e-tickets; must be able to work weekends and holidays; must frequently lift and/or move 20 to 50 pounds. Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
Cashier (2): Provide friendly and efficient to all customers. Cash handling experience required; must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively; must be able to stand for eight hours per shift without sitting, handle large sums of money under stress and be able to bend, twist, squat, walk, and reach without restriction; must be able to perform in a professional manner in all situations; must be able to remain organized at all times. Able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain Gaming Registration.
Chief Engineer/ Assistant Director of Engineering (1); The primary duty of a Chief Engineer is to ensure the smooth daily operations and guest appeal of the property. Chief Engineer also acts as manager of maintenance workers and is required to hire, train and mentor staff. The Chief Engineer is also responsible for helping the Director of Facilities plan and maintain budgets, ordering of ,materials , personnel, and any duties assigned by the Director of Facilities or General Manager. Must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in supervising a Hotel engineering and landscaping staff. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in all facets of the hotel engineering field, to include but not limited to, HVAC, Kitchen Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Life Safety Systems, Elevators, and Electronics.
Engineer (1): Must be a high school diploma or equivalent required, have the ability to multitask on several projects at the same time, have basic knowledge all facets of the hotel engineering field, to include but not limited to, HVAC, Kitchen Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Life Safety Systems, Elevators, and Electronics and any other duties as a assigned by Facilities Director and Chief Engineer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, stoop and climb. Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
EVS Heavy Duty Specialist (1): Responsible for the deep cleaning of public guest areas on a daily basis and special projects assigned throughout the day. Knowledge of shampoo equipment (i.e. extractors, chemicals). Eight hours of standing, bending, stretching, frequent arm movement, pushing and pulling cleaning equipment. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Assist where needed. Shifts and days off may vary according to business levels; must maintain food handler and alcohol awareness cards. Banquet Service Coordinator (1): is responsible for daily operations of the catering office; first contact with guests. Ensure Banquet Event Order's are accurate and distributed in a timely manner. Receive and process guest payment; book spaces, discuss guest needs and assist with collections or other financial needs. High school diploma or equivalent two (2) years food service experience/pervious supervisory experience preferred. Understanding of basic accounting procedures and reports; budgetary skills preferred. Must have and maintain current food handler card and alcohol awareness card. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Barback (1): Must have ability to organize and lift 80 lbs. of weight and possess a high quality of standards and be ability to communicate with co-workers, guests and supervisory personnel; must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to work/stand (be on your feet) for a long period of time and be able to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Bartender (2): At least two (2) years' experience as a bartender in a large volume bar/restaurant or casino bar preferred. Take drink orders, knowledge of mixing drinks and prepare according to set procedures; serve guest in a courteous manner. Maintain and clean the assigned bar. Shift and days off may vary according to business levels. Have and maintain current food handler card, alcohol awareness card, gaming card as required. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Beverage Supervisor (1): Must have thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service; three years' experience working in a casino/bar establishment preferred; must provide excellent customer service to our guests, train staff, guide, delegate discipline hourly team members. Maintain efficient and well organized work environment. Must have the ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time and ensure proper pars in all bars. Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain Gaming registration.
Feather's Café Host/Cashier (2): Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to our guest . Keep menus and podium clean and maintained. Must maintain current food handler card and able to function as a cashier; know POS system; use proper cash handling procedures. Cash handling experience preferred , requires standing and walking throughout the shift and must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Feather's Restaurant Supervisor (1): Must have a high school diploma or equivalent . Two years food service experience and previous supervisory experience preferred. Understanding of basic accounting procedures and reports ; budgets skill preferred knowledge of casino environment preferred. Have the ability to interact with guests with positive conclusions, ability to multi task whenever needed , have ability to the changing pace of the pace of the guest flow and have the ability to adjust the floor at a moment's notice as needed. Must have and maintain current food handler and alcohol awareness cars. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Native Harvest Buffet Server (1): Provide prompt , friendly and courteous food service to our guests. Smile and make eye contact, Complete side work. Assist where needed. Shifts and days off may vary according to business levels; knowledge of standard rules of service, table's setups, restaurant operations, tray service/handling, cash handling and one year food service experience; must have and maintain food handler and alcohol awareness card. Requires standing and walking throughout the shift. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Must be 21 years of age older.
Pastry Chef (1): Qualified candidates must have three (3) to five (5)years' experience baking for large events and specialist items. Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of assigned areas during shift. Maintain log books; assist the Executive Chef with necessary paperwork and any other jobs he may assign. have the ability to stand/ walk for long period of time. Previous supervisory experience, scheduling and budgeting skills and be familiar with operations of kitchen equipment; generally sanitation procedures; overall basic food handling. Must have and maintain current food handler card.
Subway Sandwich Artist (2): Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service and commutation skills. knowledge of standard rules of service, restaurant operations preferred. Cash handling experience preferred and quick service restaurant experience preferred; required standing and walking throughout the shift and must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Guest Room Attendant (3): Previous experience with thoroughly cleaning 16 guest rooms daily, including properly using chemicals. Exerting up to 50+ pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects. Bio hazard training required.
Housekeeping Manager (1): Previous two (2) years' Housekeeping management experience required. Front desk experience preferred; Assign rooms and daily projects to team leaders, heavy duty manager, house attendants and guest room attendant; scheduling and inventory control, effective negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to work any shift including weekend and holidays ; ability to work well under stress and pressure while maintaining a positive and professional manner.
Team Leader (1): Must have supervisory skills. Able to provide overall direction and coordination among the crew Perform and oversees the performance of housekeeping duties. Assigning and inspecting work daily. Minimum five (5) years' hotel experience and LMS experience.
Security Officer (1): Must have a high school diploma or GED, Valid driver’s license, be able to read & speak English, stand for long periods of time, work in extreme conditions and be able to subdue patrons for arrest. Must have clean record with no criminal history. Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
Floor Person/Dual Rate Slots Supervisor (1): Role will be to provide fast and friendly customer service to our slot players through well-maintained machines, accurate jackpot payoffs and floor fills, efficient change service, and the promotion of special events such as video poker and slot tournaments as well as property wide programs. Previous supervisory experience is helpful as well as knowledge of Slot Operations. When performing as a Supervisor you will assists the Slot Shift Manager and will be responsible for all slot department activities on their assigned shift. Ensure that our guests receive the best possible service, employee morale is kept at a high level, the security of company funds is maintained through proper procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are met and also look for opportunities to improve all casino operations. High school diploma or equivalent required; must possess basic math skills and basic data entry/computer skills. Computer literate-knowledge in the following applications: Bally SDS, CMS, and Title 31. Previous money handling experience is preferred. Must be 21 year of age or old and be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming registration.
Director of Table Games (1): Must have a minimum of Ten (10) years manager level or Five (5) years director level experience in Casino Gaming. Under general supervision of the General Manager, Oversees and participates in developing, implementing and evaluating programs, promotions, and special events, offered in Table Games, Poker, Bingo and Keno. Ensure that all operations operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures with Nevada Gaming Control Board and National Indian Gaming. Constant review and modification of all betting limits, Buy Ins, prize pools and games offered. Have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of legal and technical instructions in text, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer literate - Knowledge in the following applications: Microsoft Office Suite. Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
Table Games Dealer (5): Is responsible for the professional and proficient manner in dealing a variety of Table Games while adhering to all policy and procedures while in compliance with gaming regulations; must have working knowledge of craps experience required, blackjack, roulette all games offered preferred. In addition, the incumbent in this position is responsible to promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be 21 years or older and be able to obtain Gaming Registration.
