Nestled in our private cove is one of the more exciting attractions on the river. Our conveniently located boat dock is at the heart of our water sports center, which includes a launch ramp, fueling dock, watercraft rentals and retail outlet for food, drinks, ice and supplies. It is a perfect haven for Sun worshipers.

Beach Club      CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR THE WINTER SEASON .
We recently opened a completely new, expanded Beach Club and retail sales building, located near our lagoon and beach, and next to our fabulous new swimming pool.

Beer and Soft Drinks
All your favorite refreshments are available at the new Avi Beach Club and Tiki Bar. Popular brands of beer in cans & plastic bottles, plus soft drink products. Try out speciality 48 ounce Margarita!

Food
The new Avi Beach Club features summertime food favorites. Juicy hamburgers, plump hot dogs, soft drinks, beer and picnic supplies as well as ice for your cooler.

Fuel
The Avi Beach Club offers fuel for your boating pleasure at our fuel dock in the south end of our lagoon. Major brand fuels are available.
